Alternative to confetti

karenanne229, 3 July, 2012 at 16:40 Posted on Planning 0 11

Hi

Just found out that you aren't allowed to throw confetti, rice or petals at my venue. I'm bumed. Any ideas to get around this?

All thoughts greatly received!

    Hi

Thanks for that. Love the flags and the idea of bubbles. Will speak to H2B and see what he thinks. Now smiling whereas before I was feeling very disappointed.

Wording sounds great. Perhaps you and your H2B could hold bigger ones saying "JUST" and "MARRIED".

Same. Love the fact that you can post a problem and other's are helpful and post a solution. I'd be stuck about loads of things otherwise and probably stressing!

Confetti is sometimes banned although the Italians can find a way around this when they throw sugared almonds......?

Only trouble is that it can hurt a little if you get a full broadside.....
