Alternative to Delphinium

CM2007, 8 March, 2011 at 19:33 Posted on Planning 0 2

I am having 3 cylinder vases at different heights filled with different flowers - purple tulips, purple dendrobium orchids and originally purple delphiniums but I've been told these are really expensive at the moment. Are there any allternatives I should consider? Just to say that we are doing our centrepieces ourselves.

Thanks!

When are you getting married? Liatris is always reasonable which are tall and slim purple flowers - that way you would also have three different shaped flowers too, tulip shaped, star shaped orchids and spikey liatris.
