I have no excuse, we just very rarely go out!

We went to New York for 5 nights and Miami for 5 nights. Although Miami was beautiful, it was very much like the Great Yarmouth of America - lots of cheap tacky souvenir shops. THere were also a lot of beggars and homeless, but at the same time there were some very expensive fashion stores. Very strange! But our hotel was gorgeous and luxurious, great for relaxing. They had pool concierge, and you could order cocktails and food from your lounger. Also every hour there was different things going on, like they would come round with little cups of smoothies (free) and then a bit later frozen grape kabobs, then they would come round with tanning oil, and later they'd come round misting evian spray! Was nice to be pampered. New York was my favourite though, so much to do all the time, I loved it and can't wait to go back.

I have had a pretty relaxed day. Have done a bit of washing and some ironing, sorted out my knicker drawer, and this afternoon have been making some sock creatures. About to go back up there in a bit, just thought I'd have a break and come on here!

I have done sod all today. Still in my Pj's.

Went for a nice long bath earlier and pampered myself with lots of soap and glory stuff!

I'm now bored senseless ☹️

H has gone to bed so i can finally eat something. Just opened two xmas presents, wooooo, nice gifts too and my pal likes her Jed, zippy hes got a home at long last lol.....

dont want to go to work tomorrow... my mums very concerned about my lack of perm employment..... has a comment about decisions i make job wise etc and i'm too scared to say that i dont care when i want to be preggers this year. We dont have a relationship where we can talk about stuff like that......

Its a shame you dont have the kind of relationship with your mum where you can talk about the things you'd like to, but then im kind of like that with my mum i darent even tell her we are TTC along with lots of other things i just wouldnt speak with her about, although i could with my step mum knowing she would give an honest but not patronising opinion.

Had a lovely morning with H and the dogs and a pretty chilled out afternoon - that all changed when the boys came back from seeing their dad though! all yelling and carrying on complaining they were bored and savaging each other!! PEACE WAS SHATTERED!
