I have had pain in my ankles and lower legs for a few weeks now it's kinda like tired legs, it's worse when I have no weight on them, e.g sitting or lying in bed. A lady I worked with suggested I change the shoes I'm wearing (been wearing my trainers everyday now for a while) is this true? Part of me wonders if it's maybe stress fractures I've had them before and my trainers don't have much support in them.
