Any ideas for Chocolate Splodge receipe?

I remember having this at school, it was a pastry bottom with like a runny chocolate mousse type thing on top.

Does anyone know how to make this, it seems only the dinner ladies at the time knew, Ive tried searching on the internet but cant find anything that sounds similar.
