Flow told me to pop by! ?

You are a silly thing, hope you're ok.

Anyway, in terms of facial burns, we normally refer them to the specialist because the skin is so delicate. So might be an idea to get it looked at. But anyway... I don't think you can put bio oil on open wounds and have to wait for it to heal over first. But the only thing you can really do is gently moisturize with E45 or aqueous cream. Unfortunately you have to wait and see...

Let me know how you get on x

Hi Nursebride, thanks for popping across, it was a couple of weeks ago now and the skin has healed over its just a bit red and a different texture to my normal skin, dryer and although it is not flaky looks it with make up on, i started using bio oil once skin had healed over, I did go to an emergency dr a couple of days after and he was worse than useless, didnt want to see me as i was in wrong place for my postcode of something! grr, told me it was infected and said jus take antibiotics and that is it nothing else i can do! I spoke to the pharmacist who recommedned baithing in camomile tea which i did until skin healed.

I have finished the course of ABs and pretty sure infection is gone as it has healed over and the small bits are fading well (have a few little ones and 2 main ones) just want to do everything i can to make sure of minimal scarring, any suggestions? Do you think it is worth trying to book in with my own GP to see if theyc an give me anything?

    Thanks x

ETA just realised you said E45 so will get some of that
