any one know syn value of this cookie?

I have some oat and raisin cookies from Sainsburys bakery, the ones that came in a pack of 5, any ideas how many syns they may be. As they area bakery item I know its just going to be a guesstimate, I really fancy one with a cup of tea!!!!!

    Oops, couln't wait, I've eaten it!!! Have only had 5 syns today so hopefully it wasnt more than 10!!!
