Do you know how many syns in a crackerbread (the thin things that have less flavour than the cardboard box they come in!!)??

Do you mean the Scandinavian Bran stuff? You can have 5 slices of that stuff as your Healthy Extra 'b' option, but I'm not sure how many syns per slice. It'll say on the website though.
