Anyone getting/got married at the 4 Seasons, Limassol, Cyprus?

My friend has booked to marry here next year, she has read on tinternet that everything she has been told about it are lies and that its full of Russian hookers! She has also read that it is not actually part of the 4 Seasons chain. She is going to cancel. Anyone been or know anything about it that would help?

    My ex is Cypriot and I spent many a summer in Limassol as his mother lives there. The Four Seasons is a nice hotel, very impressive facade etc, but there are nicer ones, Amathus Beach Hotel is really nice, and Le Meridien is too, but le Meridien is very expensive! I would have thought Amathus Beach is about the same price as Four Seasons.

    There is a lot of Russians in Limassol, even the restaurant boards are in Russian too, cant say i've experienced Russian hookers, but there are a few strip clubs in Limassol where there are russians working.

    I wouldnt read too much into what some reviews say, its not like the hotel is in a red light district or anything, its at the posh end of Limassol for sure.

    Thanks I will pass that on, shes talking about going to the other side of Cyprus now! I dont want to I like the hotel we have chosen ? ?
