People are still posting as you've been so rude since coming back. Ok, so people were maybe a little hasty in the commenting about no thanks, but you could have taken your first post as an opportunity to say thanks etc but instead you got defensive and a little stroppy.

And the rest of the posts are now about your attitude.

if you also read the whole thread you will see that my attitude is because of the rudeness and name calling of some of the other hitchers including being called a c@ck!

May i politely suggest that if time is short and connection problematic that www.google.co.uk or .com if you so wish would be worth a shot? few words are needed and please is not one of them.

for low fat recipes as others have said excluding butter and cream will help and any recipe which is stock and veg will be low in fat. i especially like butternut squash and sweet potato, add a bit of paprika and garlic too, esp if you roast the veg and garlic first.
