Anyone have/had paradox pink bridal shoes?UPDATE!

weedancer, 17 January, 2009 at 20:11 Posted on Planning 0 9

Hiya, I really wanted filippa scott shoes but have decided that £150-£200 is a bit much for shoes that will not actually be seen that much on the day! So i have found a pair in the style i really like (peep toe, concealed platform- i'm tiny and love wearing high heels!).

I wondered if anyone has bought/worn this brand for their wedding and if they would recommend the quality/comfort etc...

    Hi,

I tried Paradox shoes and they are really comfy. I think of them as being a good quality name but never actually owned a pair.

I can't remember seeing your dress so can we have a flash of it. Just in the interests of making sure the shoes match of course and not just cos I'm nosey!

I had shoes by pink and found them really comfortable (and I'm a trainers type of girl so not used to wearing high-heels at all!). I think they're quite good value for money too as far as wedding shoes go, I think my were £45. They can also be dyed afterwards if you want to wear them again but don't want them to look too 'bridal'.

Thanks so much PG and KT, that gives me some confidence in purchasing them. This might sound a bit tight (giving the scots a bad name) but i found them cheaper on another website so i have emailed the original website who say they have a price match promise whereby if one finds their shoes cheaper elsewhere (as i have), they will match it, then take 10% off and throw in a free gift and free delivery- im feeling a bargain coming on!?

PG, im afraid im being abit secretive about my dress as i know a few folk on here and am always worried that someone will see it and ruin the surprise, but only 16weeks to go and then i will reveal all! Sorry, i know im a spoil sport.xxx

My shoes are the Pink brand, peep toed sandals with platform sole - flamingo.... they looked stunning with my dress today, and we got my CBMs shoes today too but they are by rainbow.

Mine were Pink ones and were peep toe. I wore them comfortably all day. Took them off at about 11pm, which I thought was pretty damn good! I'd definitely recommend them.

Brilliant!!! Thanks so much ladies!!! Good to know they're comfortable!

And, i just got back from the pub to an email from the original website saying they will honour the price promise meaning i save an extra £10 plus get free clean heels (the wee stopper things so you dont sink into the grass when getting pictures- it is scotland so mushy grass is almost inevitable!?), and free P&P.

Im going to buy them right now - very excited!!!!!!!

Hope i remember this in the morning!?
