Anyone know much a wedding planner in Italy should cost?

Started working with ItalyWeddings who seem great and the reviews are amazing but they’re quoting €5000 for <50 guests and €6000 for >50 guests (with a 10% surcharge if we get married at the weekend).... this seems steep to me. Anyone got any advice on this or know of any great planners in Italy or is this just the going rate and do we just need to suck it up? Thanks! Meg xx

Those numbers sound about right but they are a premium planner.

Some are more, some less and it also depend on which area they are wroking in. Italy is a hub for couples from outside of the country so they deal with a lot of high end clients with massive budgets.

I can only suggest people who changre that an above, sorry. But there's a lot of blogs covering weddings in Italy and they're an excellent resource with directories to check.
