I don't think you do to be honest.. Because the reaction the got on both sites was the same that if they had made an effort to post then yes people would of voted but not on your first post.. I don't think you have anything to worry about to be honest..

Yeah I was gonna say, being pregnant isn't like having a deadly disease, I'm pretty sure it doesn't entitle you to special priviliges or for everyone to tiptoe around you...
