1 Month to go!!! - Date Twins?? and a fun quiestion [:D]

We chose 7th May because it was the last weekend in May the venue had free and we booked in September '09.

I keep adding to the to-do list as fast as I'm taking things off ?

Not getting maried till the 25th Feb 2012 but I chose my day because it was the month that my venue dropped their package price from 15000 to 6000 and it was the best saturday as my sister's birthday is in Feb and it is a late date away from valentines and is closer to spring.

Just realised I should of put "just for fun question" - fun question makes me sound like a bit of a dork lol Cat I know what you mean I'm rubbish at writing lists but I'm always like Oo that's a good idea maybe I can do that too!! Kym I originally was going for the Friday (6th) for the cost reason but my dad really wanted it to be and that Saturday lol he thought more people would be likely to come on a Saturday rather than a Friday

I still have loads left to do and am rapidly running out of time, eeeek!

The price they quoted me was oringinally for the Sunday and I was willing to do that but my dad came with me to the venue when I first looked and haggled for the saturday at the same price

Ahh good old dad x and that sounds like a really good deal!! And Cat I'm in the same boat lol note to self - must stop hoping things will just do themselves lol

Im a 7th may bride and am getting so excited now. The last couple of weekends have been hen and stag doos. Im pretty much all organised now too just my final fittings, hair and nails left to do. Also need to create place cards, table plan and favours.

We didnt really get a choice of dates this was the only date that my venue had free but I always wanted a May wedding as it is one of my favourite months.

Wow well there's already more date twins than I thought Pinkpeonies you've made me feel better as I think I'm at the same stage as you with the place names etc had my alterations last week get all the dresses back next sat x We've got our hen and stag do's over the next 4 weekends starting with his stag do this saturday while us girlfriend taxi's are going for a non drinking meal lol then next week my hen (oldies friendly) then the following Saturday my messy hen in London lol then the weekend before the wedding OH is going on a camping trip with his Best Man, (kit car weekend thing) So it's all go go go now .... 4 weeks 1 day to go!!!!!!!!!
