1 week today and I'll be married

Cant imagine how your feeling im 12 days away and not sleeping as well. I am not worried about getting married one bit and in the cold ligth of day I know everything is sorted and under control but as soon as I lie down and try and sleep my head starts spinning going over everything.

Hope you suit and dress fittings go ok and fingers crossed with the weather just off to check the forecast now as not looked for mine yet today. Going to check friday for you, sat for Laura and teehee and the 22nd for me if it goes that far x x x

From what I can make out it maybe cloudy on friday but no rain, Saturday looks fair/ partly cloudy and mine 22nd looks cloudy and rain in the evening. I would be happy with that so long as get pictures outside.

Aw girls I wish it was me at the one week/2 week stage again! Enjoy every last minute cos it will go by so fast.

Well even though I didn't have any more spare time I still sat around for a week after the honeymoon repeating over and over 'I'm so sad it's over'! I just couldn't shift the overwhelming feeling of sadness. I don't miss the planning one bit but it's the looking forward to it I miss and I'm gutted I'll never have another day like it.

Bless you. Are you planning anything else to look forward too. In October me and h2b who will be h by then have a week where his parents are taking kids away so think after the honeymoon I am going to start planning loads of fun things for that week.

Saying all this, I have also decided that the next year after getting married is just going to be about enjoying ourselves and having fun and enjoying life as a family with hopefully no major life changes ( houses jobs babys etc), But i know what I am like and after a few weeks of relaxing I will want something else to get my teeth into.

This year has gone so fast and like you say the wedding day will proberly fly by in a haze. x x

We are thinking about having another last minute holiday but I'm so busy with jewellery that I can't really afford to go away and be off again. H just bought a new motorbike which is meant to be kinder on my bum than his last so hopefully we can have a few long weekends away up north just for a change of scenery.

I won't be having any babys in the near future that's for sure!

Actually slept last night. yipee.

Suits look fantastic. 4 out of the 6 have tried them and they all look so handsome.

My dress is another matter.

Its still too big. Cried afterwards as thought that would be the final fitting and felt it would never be right. Bartered with the seamstress to take it in another 2 inches. she said 1 inch as I'd be uncomfortable sitting and eating. I get her point but realistically how much will I be sitting and think I'll be too nervous/excited to eat.

Just praying its right on tuesday
