Facts about moi:

1. I am more than just a little obsessed with baked beans. Heinz only though. My MIL regularly tests me to see if I can guess the brand (she maintains there's no difference between them but there SO is). I have guessed correctly each and every time.

2. We keep supplies of at least 3 different gins in the house at all times.

3. I am an equity partner and the only woman in my business. I love it but it's hard work.

4. I had breast cancer but am better now. Strangely chemotherapy doesn't make my list of 'All time favourite things to do'.

5. I didn't know until Mr CB told me recently but I pull a serious face when cooking.

6. I spend too much time on wedding blogs.

7. I have just signed up to run a marathon a month before our wedding. Only 3 real life people and you lot know.

8. At present I can't run for more than 10 minutes without genuinely fearing I'm going to be sick on my trainers.

9. I am saving very hard so that I can buy my mum a house as she can't afford to following her divorce from my dad. I don't want my mum to have the uncertainty of renting when she retires.

10. Each time I think about the cost of my dress I feel a bit sick but I bought it anyway because no other item of clothing I've ever tried on made me feel like that.

2. After being hugely fertile lol,it took my new partner and i 4 years to have our two year old son...i had come to terms with the outlook that we would not....it amazes me everyday that i have got him.

I've only wandered over to OT today so thought I'd start here....

1) I am 27 years old

2) I have always wanted to be a nurse and nursing really is my life

3) I was a total Daddy's girl and my Dad died when I was 17

4) I decided that I couldn't cope with nursing and it was "options time" so applied to study Biology at uni - and then a year later just before I started, I changed my mind and started my nursing degree

5) Because my Mum was so protective (some might say controlling) after my Dad died, I wanted to move out ASAP

6) I had only been with my ex 3 months when we moved in together, married at 51 weeks and it only lasted 3 months. I am so ashamed of this and people at my work don't know about it.

7) I met my OH "over a patient" in A+E... He's a paramedic and is truly the love of my life.

8) I've loved VWs since Mum bought me my first car (a VW Polo) and OH is into VWs too... What a coincidence, it's like we're meant to be!

9) I'm such a "pink and fluffy" girlie girl, and should be blonde.

10) Since I've moved to Spalding, Lincolnshire to be with OH, I've felt really lonely as I dont know anyone around here

3 I'm an Area Manager that looks after buildings.... random, but get to travel a lot and have a Company Car thrown in for good measure

4 My H2B is 23 years older than me

5 I have an OCD with cleanliness, carry hand sanitiser with me where ever I go, and blitz all the cupboards in the house once a week. Sad I know

6 I am an organisation freak - is a bonus for work.... great for planning our wedding ?

NOw this is a toughie so here goes

1) I am a middle child and an eldest child

2) I am the scatiest person you will ever meet and some people have suggested I may even have ADHD due to my ability to run multiple thoughts at one time in my head and my inability to pay attention.

3) Inspite of 2 I managed to concerntrate long enough to finish my PhD

4) Secrectly I want to run away to the welsh cost with OH and be a housewife or run my own guesthouse/ Band B

5) I would love to write a blog but never have anything interesting to say.

6) A former housemate and I named rooms/ items of furniture in our shared house after famous people we would like to meet.

7) I come across as confident when in new situations/ meet new people but in reality I am crippling shy and end up so exhausted after meeting new people etc... that I need a day of quiet chilling to recover.

8) I suffered from annorexia for a number of years and I am now very proud of myself for living a healthy happy life. (Which I achieved without professional input)

9) I love to dance even though I am useless.

10) I still frequently use the phrase "when I grow up" even though I'm 31

I have an older sister and a younger sister BUT genetically speaking my older sister is only a half sibling as she is my dad's daughter from his first marriage. However dad had custody so we all grew up together and she is just my sister, however this means that I am techincally speaking my dad's second child (so middle child) but I was my mum's first chilld thus I can be the eldest too (This is normally how we explain away the fact that I have no sterotypical middle child hagups)
