Forgive me if this sounds stupid or arrogant but I have never had to diet in my life until now. Until I had heart surgery 2 years ago I never gained weight despite eating like an obese man and was size 6 at my biggest. I am now a 12-14 and want to get down to a 10 at least for my wedding. I figured I have 20 weeks till I start dress fittings.
I want to lose 20 pounds so thats 1 pound a week. Not much I know but my office is treat heaven when we are having a bad day.
Where do I start? I am always exhausted when I get home from the office and dont enjoy cooking. I have a slow cooker so wonder if anyone has either some low fat recipes or some easy quick recipes not for a slow cooker.
OH has 45 pounds to lose so its more to help him on the receipe front, he does all the cooking.
