Hi. I've been thinking about this tonight. I saw these http://www.uniqueweddingfavours.co.uk/cupcake_boxes/clear_cupcake_boxes.htm which are about 50p each, then ive seen you can get nice cupcakes made for aboy £1.50 each. www.mycupcakebox.co.uk. But they would have to be fresh so a lot of messing around at last minute!

What about lottery scratchcards? You could get some envelopes to fit them pretty cheaply online, and then write peoples names on the envelopes so they can be place settings too. Someone did this at a wedding I went to recently, and it was fun watching everyone round the table scratching the cards to see whether they had won anything decent!! x

I made my guests wine charms and put them around the glass with an organza bag on the table with a tag telling the guest to take the wine charm home. Not one single charm was left! I make and sell them but they can be made easily yourself in a whole range of colours and charms.

I've tried attaching a picture but it won't let me so if you want to see them have a look here - https://www.flickr.com/photos/34298875@N07/3380441816/in/set-72157612497713732/

I'm doing little organza bags with a mix of things - 1 silver foil wrapped truffle, 1 personalised love heart thingy and 5 silver/white sugared almonds. probably going to be around 2.50 each though... Thorntons do really nice wedding favour boxes, 2 truffles and the pretty box for 1.5. quite a lot of places will do this for u - deliver the boxes and truffles. makes life easy and everyone loves a bit of choccy!

    xx

I was at a wedding and the favours were wine glass charms in a little bag with the bride and groom's name and date of wedding. They were really different, I thought it was a great idea. They were bought on ebay for very cheap and they were personalised to whatever you want. x
