    Oh drat, I wrote a really clever reply about the social engineering of the wedding media and the capitalist control of brides through the false illusion of individuality and uniqueness and it hasn't posted! I hope you get the point.

    On the lighter side - I started with lavander and soft yellow - The lavander now includes lilacs to violets as I can't be bothered to match any colours. My BM, my sister, has decided she won't wear yellow, only wants a dress from the high street and doesn't want a 'typical' bridesmaid dress. So I'll be interested to see what she chooses! As long as it has some purple in it that is more bluey than reddy I won't mind at all.
