Yes from H Samuel - I'd originally seen it months before and oggled it every time we went past, then he surprised me on our anniversary, producing a little box with this beauty in - yum!

Continued on with the save the dates last night, and tonight I will be starting all the invitations, and orders of service. Everyone keeps saying its still a while away, but it's not, I know it's all going to spring on us quickly! Once Christmas is over, that's it, it'll be here in no time!

So down to just over 9 months to go, I've been getting some bits and bats bought - had a few days off so i've got up to date on purchasing from ebay!

Purchased - disposable cameras, floating candles for the evening reception, garter, a heart hole punch for my homemade confetti and stationery, and some chinese lanterns for the evening to release eeeeeek! can't wait for my packages to arrive! x

Yay! Some lovely flashes you've got there. It's amazing how quickly the time goes by. Fingers crossed that you get that month at the end so you can indulge in some well earnt pampering.

I hope so! If everything goes to plan! I picked up a little crochered (sp) dolly bag that my nana has made me to put my late mum's engagement ring attached to my flowers, so i have her near, so that was nice too can't wait for all the packages to come through so i can get going again!

These are the homemade jars, in the day will have pens in for the guest book, and at night have floating candles in.

These are the homemade guest book cards, which everyone will have at their place setting to write (so we don't miss anyone out!)

We've got 80 guests, but only done 30 'pouches', theres just enough in there for a handful to throw xx

yes i'm panicking a little, got a bit more stuff done today - printed all my table numbers, additional information, save the date wordings, confirmed invitations (day) with printers, just need to confirm times and i want to get them printed & back before new year.

Quick update! Got lots of things done, in time to relax over Christmas! My to do list has nearly halved!

So, ordered 2nd car as a surprise for OH (a limo for the boys!)

Make up trial booked

Hairdresser booked and style found

Bloody hell you've done loads!! Im a couple of weeks after you and I have booked venue......and......erm......oh yes provisionally booked registrar, and.......nope, thats it!!

Bugger, I better get a move on!

save the dates have ben sent out today, so they'll arrive with the christmas cards. and just left a message with the bridal shop to make an appointment for ym shoes & accessories xx

So, the day invites have arrived - just bought some plain white card, and my friend works at a printers so I designed them and get the insides printed - they will have light pink additional information inserts and a black heart stamped on the front (same as the one from our save the dates). We had some evening invites given,s o that saved us some money too!

Cant find a pic of the evening invites and I don't have one to hand, but theres the white ones with the 'evening' in different pastel colours x

Finished all my stationery for now, favours agreed, readings looked at, ceremony times mainly confirmed. shoes potentially found and lingerie potentially found also (la senza sale ! ) keeping moving! church meeting next week too xx

and shoes bought too! 'cards' for wicker box made, and invite 'additional info' made for both day & evening invites! god i'm moving - full speed ahead!!! x

i have a veil!! eeeeekk! and my make up trial next weekend, and then my alts to be done to my dress 5th feb, then i'm nearly there, oh my gosh! x
