A bit late but im doing a 30 day challenge if anyone wants to join in!
I have to:
-Exercise for a least 30 mins every day
-eat at least 3 peices of veg
-no cakes, biscuits, chocolate, crisps or ice cream!
Started on the 1st nov and 3 days in now but if anyone fancies giving it a go im starting to feel the difference already
