30 day challenge

A bit late but im doing a 30 day challenge if anyone wants to join in!

I have to:

-Exercise for a least 30 mins every day

-eat at least 3 peices of veg

-no cakes, biscuits, chocolate, crisps or ice cream!

Started on the 1st nov and 3 days in now but if anyone fancies giving it a go im starting to feel the difference already Smiley smile

    I'm doing parts 2 and 3 of that, but have a leg in pot so 30 mins exercise is pretty difficult! I started the diet aspect on Monday 31st so I'll join you as far as I am able until the end of the month.

    I'll try to increase my leg exercises - I suppose I do exercise 30 mins a day in that all my mobility is reliant on crutches which certainly raises my heart rate and makes my upper body and left leg work harder! Unfortunately overall my mobility is hugely reduced so I'm probably burning a lot fewer calories than I would on a normal day.

    Do you have a target for the 30 days? I'd like to drop a stone.

    ive already lost 2 stone so hoping this gives me another wee boost, not really bother how much i loose just aslong as its something lol

    I'll do it, i know its late now, but my wedding is in 6 weeks and I have a dress on the way that is 3 inches oo small! I should be on bulging brides LOL I have one dress that fits but one that I desperately want to fit into and I need to loose about a stone and a half to fit in so Im doing 60 mins of excersize a day and no sweets! Okay- here we go!

    Hiya Smiley smile better late than never! what date is your wedding?

    Ive only been doing this no sweets thing for 8 days and really noticing the difference, i used to just eat weightwatcher choc bars and think that was ok but didnt really loose any weight so this seems to be working just got to keep the will power up for another 22 days!!

    How are you girls finding it?

    Hi,

    I know am really late with this but have only just come across it!

    Am going to give it a go and start tomorrow (5th Dec) and do the following:-

    30 mins exercise a day

    3 portions of veg

    no biscuits/crisps

    limit carb intake

    Try not to eat anything after 7pm

    I am also going to keep track on all this with My Fitness Pal and have set up a excel spreadsheet at home.

    I completed the 30 days and it was well worth it, 8lbs and 7 inches int total in just a month and ive already lost 2 stone so gave me a wee kick start again.

    I'm just trying to keep up with the healthy eating, not eating alot of junk, only had a packet of space invaders this week! And i go to Bodypump and bodyattack or combat twice a week. Just need to keep this up during xmas as the wedding is sneaking up on me now!

    Same here, although am just after you and have just over 6 months left..but need to do this 30 days now as have a dress fitting in January!

    Good luck with your healthy eating plan!

    My exercise at the moment is mainly dvds or the Wii but am joining Bootcamp in January and have just bought myself a 2nd hand bicyle. x

    Im up for doing the challenge.... its now the 10 December 2012 and have a year and a half to lose 3 stones..... PLEASE HELP

    Wow,THIS is a good way that should give it a try.!

    But my problem is just i can not keep doing this, once stopped, and it goes back to before.

    Hey it's ok no no cakes, biscuits, chocolate, crisps or ice cream! but it is quite difficult to doing 30 minutes exercise every day. My leg pain does not give me permission for.but i wanna loose my weight as early as possible.I am eagerly waiting for a quite interesting personality.?

    In my opinion, your plan is not bad but you have to do some changing in it.

    Exercise time is good for 30 mints,

    but you have to deny all the fat and oily foods items which cause of over weight.

    eat fruits and vegetables and get energy with out calories and protein,

    Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day,

    I hope these further advice's will work and you will get stylish body figure

    Thanks but no thanks for the advice, lol i already have a stylish body figure and i dont believe is cutting out everything as diets like that never work you will always crave something, ive been doing this 30 days 1 mth off and 1 mth on its working fine, lost stone and half so far Smiley smile
