mrs nash to be, 15 June, 2012 at 11:45 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 12

For all you girls looking to lose weight and tone up before your big day give the 30 day shred a go it is split up in to 3 levels

they get progressively harder but my gosh it works in 30 days i have lost 1 stone 7lbs

you will do level 1 for 10 days , level 2 for 10 days, then last of all level 3 for the remainder 10 days .the 30 day shred is done by the trainer of the usa program the

biggest loser Jillian Michaels. its is hard going and my body was aching but it was well worth the result i have got just remember make sure you have at least a week before the wedding at the end of your 30 days to let your body stop aching lol i promise you will not be disapointed

Hi Sarah, good on you hun i hope you achieve your goal, the aches and pains you will go through are going to be unbelievable but they do get easier to deal with after the first level or so your body should adjust to what it has to do and the pain starts to go away, by the end you will have the figure you want, not to say the least the fittness to go with your great looking new body you may of thought you would never see again, ya hubby to be will get a great shock go for it girl knock em dead!!!

Hi there, you dont need to buy it if you have a computer as all 3 parts are on u tube, you could buy yourself some hand weights but again dont need to as you could use tinned food (beans), will save you money to spend out on your wedding or maybe something you would like. good luck x

Its a good DVD workout- my wife and I watch Gillian on the Biggest Loser USA, and she's pretty fierce! If you don't get on with the DVD consider doing some gym classes- I swear by circuit training- you burn fat and strengthen/tone your body at the same time- good luck! Smiley smile

I have this dvd and it is brilliant, although dont manage it very day I change it up by walking and going to zumba classes. I also started slimming world and have lost 3 and a half pounds so far in 2 weeks.

With regards this dvd though, I got some handweight from play.com for about £7 and they are much better than using tinned beans - the tins weigh about 400g but if you can get some small 1kg hand weights they are much much better, my arms have toned up so much since using them.

it's defo worth a bash for anyone thinking of doing it, but it is super hard sometimes so make sure you keep yourself motivated to do it xx

Mrs nash to be how much do you think you actually lost inch wise with this DVD?

I've just started this DVD on Monday and I can definately say it gets me more out of breath than doing a full hour of aerobics or similar exercise does, so am hoping I will see some result at end of 30 days. Just 1 or 2 inches all over would be nice, as I'm not dieting as well... I like my food way too much to go without choc and cheese, lol

I just did day one today after reading this and i feel ok but i'm already hurting lol

i joined a Rosemary Conley class in August and I've lost 12lbs but spent the last two weeks stayng the same (mainly from over eating - actually all from over eating haha) so i wanted a kick start - only bummer is alot of people are saying they didnt lose lb's but lost inches instead. hopefully i can keep up my motivation - I'm a size 18 and being realistic would love to be a 14 for my wedding (july 2013), fingers crossed this gives me the boost i need - it seems to have done it for a lot of other people

I did day 1 today, I'm asthmatic so had to take my inhaler a couple of times and I was shaking like a leaf by the end of it. But I did it! Ive taken some before pics so hoping to see a difference at the end of the thirty days.

I keep reading so many things about this DVD. To loose that much have you been doing it every night?

Also can you put a link for the DVD you use?
