30 day shred- completed??

Anyone completed it yet? can you see a difference?

After having it for about a month i finally got the motivation to get started and am on day 7, day 1 and 2 i thought i was going to die doing it and was in so much pain after but now i can nearly do it all without stopping! ? Not looking forward to level 2!!

    Completed? oh my god no..i did it for the first time last night and I can barely move..i'm in agony...i darent do it again...are you meant to do it every day?I do try and go to the gym 3-4 times a week but sometimes that isn't always possible so I figured that on the in between days I wold do this..but now I'm not so sure I dare...my legs are killing, my arms feel heavy and my back is tight...crickey I don't think i could psych myself up to do another day..lol..xx

    Sorry its a workout dvd, there was a thread on here about it and everyone went and bought it ? Its called Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and it has great reviews on Amazon! Its hard work but hoping to see some results! x

    I've done it religiously for about 30 days now, to begin with i could see a huge difference but now im not sure!

    I'm on level 2, dont think i have the guts just yet to go to level 3 but i will get there. i've decided to start alternating between jogging & fitness DVD hopefully that will speed up the results x

    I haven't completed but have noticed a difference (and so have work people and my parents) have stopped doing the DVD as it was starting to bore me.

    am mixing weight exercises I got from the DVD and exercises from my iPhone app.

    I'm on level 2 but I'm really bored of it. Considering going up to level 3 on monday. If I haven't posted by wednesday then you know it was too much.

    I'm on Day 3 so can't comment on whather it's made a difference yet - I just want my arse to be a bit slimmer!!

    I have ordered it to day cant wait till it comes i have 32 days untill my wedding so may just about get the 30days of it lol i will prob do it 1s hurt the next day and not do it agane.

    I think everyone here will argee that the first few days are the worst but you really have to carry on, even if you cant walk!
    I was in so much pain with my legs i had to slide down my stairs at home but that evening i did it again & it seems to loosen the muscles, you adapt eventually!

    Is anyone still doing this? There was quite a buzz about it on here a couple of months ago. I've just done 3 days of level 1- its pretty tough but really hoping to see some results! I mainly want to lose waist inches.

    Let me know any success stories- most of the posts on here (except Samantha!) seem not to have updated since the first few days- any motivation would help!!

    I ordered this DVD after seeing the previous thread. Ive had it about a month now.... its still in the plastic!!

    Im scared to start it!! ?

    I got bored of it to be honest - only did level 1 but I didn't find it particularly hard.

    Maybe I need to go and give level 2 a go

    Jeeze.... i only did 1 day and gave up as i can barely walk for the next 4 days! instead of losing, i gain 1 inch at my waist (no idea bout weight)! with less than a month to go, i think i need to be really determine this time round!

    I hate to admit this, i quit!.....I got to level 2 did it for about 2 weeks then my knees were really starting to play up so i had to stop doing it....silly thing is everyones said i look like i've lost weight a few weeks after i stopped doing it!!.....We just go for a jog every other day now & eat a lot more sensible, we've started to have a pasta dish on a monday, cut out the mince & have quorn mince then go onto things like grilled chicken veg & around 50g of brown rice or fish in sauce (100kcal each!) with steamed veg & rice again....

    I've also quit. It was getting on my nerves and boring me. I may go back to it soon though.

    Like Samantha I have been eating healthy and trying to do more walking etc

    I'm planning on doing it for 2 weeks (not weekends) and see if I see any difference, then I might just use it for a boost occasionally- I know I will v quickly get bored of it- but I really like the fact its only 20 mins.

    Is anyone else put off a bit by Jillian's arms? I really dont want arms like that and it puts me off the arm exercises a bit!- I have to look at the other girls to feel motivated!!
