Do they actually work?
i use to go to the gym, got too busy and made me painc due to overcrowd i so quit.
i got like 25 days for my dress fitting. (didnt realise so close).
main areas are my belly and thighs.
seen the crunch and squats one. so anyone can give me an answer to if work?
i do walk (25-30mins) or cycle (15-20mins) to work every day.
