30 days challenges?

Do they actually work?

i use to go to the gym, got too busy and made me painc due to overcrowd i so quit.

i got like 25 days for my dress fitting. (didnt realise so close).

main areas are my belly and thighs.

seen the crunch and squats one. so anyone can give me an answer to if work?

i do walk (25-30mins) or cycle (15-20mins) to work every day.

    My problem areas are my tummy and legs. I do lots of squats and planks. but the key to burn fat is cardio, so get your heart rate up and start to really sweat. You will see the inches drop off. I have lost 8cms off my tummy and 8cm off my bums and 22cm off my back and bust. But its hard and painfull but totally worth it.

    Try interval trainer, very good if you get bored of the same exercises, star jumps are great and skipping is amazing.

    also crunches and squats work amazingly well, they just hurt hehe
