I got my 4 stone award (well 4st 2lb) lastnight after loosing 4lb this past week.

So I now have 4 stone 5lb to go to my target weight.

    Wow 4 stone!! Thats great. How do you keep up motivation? I have lost 3 stone and have been stuck here for a month. I cant seem to move on. I still have a long way to go but really need to kick start my diet again!!!! Any ideas?
