I've been trying this for the last 4 weeks but haven't always been strict with it as I find it difficult to do if I've got a busy week. Planning for your meals the following day takes time and careful planning.
Is it worth it? Has anyone had success with it?
I've been trying to eat sensibly and restrict carbs and have managed to lose about 3kg since last August anyway - just need a kick up the a*** before my first fitting in a couple of weeks!
