6 weeks to go!

Hello date twin! I also have 6 weeks to go. Still have plenty to do Flowers to sort out and seeing the venue next week Wednesday to sort out final stuff with the coordinator. Going to get my ring next week and cannot wait for that. Cartier gold band. Simply gorgeous! Can't wait to get Wed ?

I didn't realise I had a date twin, how exciting! Are you nearly sorted?

Only picked the date 3 weeks ago! Got the venue, dress, shoes, tiara, sorted the notices, getting the rings next week, and sent the invites out this weekend. Oh and got a photographer. Just need to sort out flowers, some bridesmaids gifts and a gift for the bloke. Its all just the finiahing touches really. Do i need to buy little decorations for the table? Its all those bits that work out expensive.

We're having favours but my Mum's made a lot, she's done embroidered lavender filled hearts for the ladies and I made mini jars of chilli jam for the men. I wanted to do favours but I don't think they're a must.

We're also getting married in 6 weeks!! Saturday 30th March right!?!? So excited! Had my dress fitting on Saturday, yesterday we made our favor boxes, table plan, sweet buffet sign and table signs! Our wedding favors are mini eggs to suit the time of year! :-)

We're meeting with the venue again on Wednesday to go over further details and taste some more desserts! Currently drinking green tea in an effort to look my absolute best :-) XX

The last few months have flown by!

I just need to order some pageboy gifts, I havew brought literally everything else! I got my activity books for the kids from the £1 shop yesterday an some Hen Party Tack ready for my first Hen on Saturday! :-)

Mrandmrsfossett2b, yup 30th March! I like the idea of mini eggs, I've chosen not to have anything Easter-y, I think at one point my Mum was getting a bit carried away with it and it was a bit daft so I put a blanket ban on ?

I've got my dress fitting on 11th March, she's assured me there's enough time and I'm working out loads so the later the better really just in case I can hopefully loose some more inches!

I need some sweets for the kids bags and we need to sort out presents for the bridal party (think we're just going to get champers) and a present for the OH but that's it really.

Seven weeks for me, Friday, April 5th (my 40th).

We went down to finalise everything with the Venue and the Registrar and florist on Friday, and I am already starting to brick it. I don't know why. We have been together 17 years, have the mortgage, cats, child etc etc so I cannot understand why I am suddenly so nervous.

Hen Night on 2nd March, Stag on the 9th march - I am leaving home that weekend, the "boys" are coming. (See ya).
