HEEELLLLPP!!!!!!
Being loved-up has done nothing for my diet or my exercise habits. We used to exercise together a lot but the weather is pants and it's all gone to pot. I need to lose 1.5 stone. And I can definitely lose a stone of that, done it before (a few times, sigh!). But I also need to order my dress asap, for a July wedding. I have chosen it, but it would be extremely helpful if I was a lot closer to my target weight when I get measured!
It is the most fantastic motivation, but even so, 6 weeks to lose a stone - if you're me - is tough.
Can you offer any advice? Maybe you have some tips for short term loss? I just rejoined Slimming World last night, binned my old book after taking a month off and decided I have now embarked on The Wedding Diet. All good so far?!
Any help would be very much appreciated because I am feeling pretty cruddy in myself since it started creeping back up, but I would also like to ENJOY buying my wedding dress, and not be a Sulky Sue about the whole thing
