    Hi Gemma,

I'm all but done!! I can't believe we only have 2 weeks left!!

I've got a few loose ends to tie up but I can't do those until I get to Scotland on 1st Sept!!

I'm going down to try my dress on on the 2nd of Sept then will collect it on 5th - my mum's next door neighbour is going on holiday and has kindly donated her house for us to store the dresses in and use to get ready in and get our hair/make up done in so we'll have somewhere quiet to chill out in!!

I've been having trouble getting excited about it but I've been suffering with extreme morning sickness the past few days and have had to take 2 weeks off work so I think thats why!!

I have to say I'm feeling loads better now and only have 4 days of work left (Tue, Wed, Thur & Fri) I've got Monday off a bank holiday - which was a nice surprise as my work normally have us in on bank holidays as we offer a 24hr 365 service and then would get another day off later in the month in leu - but my boss told me to take the bank holiday off - which I'm pleased about cos I've got to sort out my house as S family from Canada are flying in to Northern Ireland to spend time with the rest of the family then they're all travelling over to Scotland together the day before the wedding and as we'll be in Scotland already they're staying at our house so I need to sort out some cupboards of junk etc!! It a good excuse for a clear out as well as it would take us ages to get round to it if it wasn't for them staying here!!

My mum went down to the travel agents and collected our tickets for our honeymoon - we're going to Bulgaria the next day for a week of All Inclusive luxury/recovery!!

Hope everything is going well with you adn your planning has been relatively stress free!!

    Luv Victoria

    xx

    Hi

I'm 5th Sept and pretty ok now - I had a wobble about a week ago but that is cos my nan died and work was bad and so felt a bit under presure but am ok now.

I've pretty much got all sorted.....dresses this week and just doing finishing touches and actually looking forward to it now!!!

I'm veering wildly between calm and fine and everything's sorted mode to freaking out in a big way or having a typical bridezilla moment and flipping out over the smallest thing (latest issue is parking!). Can't wait to finish work - after today only 6 more days, woop woop! - and all arrangements made just need to tie up the loose ends and collect things/distribute them around on the Thursday/Friday.

I have to say bless my dad - he's been an absolute star! I am worrying too much about looking after the guests (offering to book hotels for people, arrange transport etc) but ny dad keeps telling me to stop it, its not my problem and they can look after themselves. He is right but I just want to help so everyone can come. He's also going to do lots of ferrying around for me on Thursday/Friday and keeps reminding me that if anything does go wrong from then on, I won't know about it and he will deal with it.

    3 cheers for Dad!!?
