11 weeks and casnt belive it, almost done now just the small things to sort....

Not long now, we went to our venue last night to sort out a few bits & bobs it made it all quite real!!!!!!!!

Got most things sorted, just need to find someone to do me a nice table plan!

Having my 1st hair trial tomorrow night.

Going to Dublin on my hen do at the end of July - can't wait! should be a good giggle

I'm off to Nice in France on 4th-6th July for my hen and then a night out locally for family and local mates on 18th July - I can't wait but am slightly nervous too!!!

8 weeks for me, got most things done, just need to print off rest of oos's and put them together, sort out dress fittings and pay final deposits, and make table plan. Evening invites are slowly going out at the moment, all the day rsvps have been returned.

I'm getting excited again now after a couple of months of feeling fed up, maybe it's because the end is in sight and its not going to be long until my hols.

Hey Drunken Castaway is a hitcher and makes fab table plans not always on here at nite at the moment her laptop is poorly but give her a shout she is doing mine and very talented...oh and you will have fab time in dublin im from Northern Ireland so not to far away...

8 weeks and 4 days to go and I'm feeling slightly hysterical! Have so much none wedding related stuff to do as well. Just trying to decide on readings at the mo and order table decs. Had dress fitting and photoshoot at weekend and have meeting with the venue on Thursday, which is pretty exciting. I'm having a hen in Leeds on July 18th-20th and local work related hen on July 25th.

Weddings do take up an awful lot of time dont they! I don't know what I will do with my spare time after it's all over!!!

9 weeks and 3 days for me - just have to get our chequebook out and start paying for it all now <sigh>. Oh and pay for alterations to BM dress. And buy her shoes. And bratski needs some shoes. Gah, I HATE the little things, I know I'm going to forget something!

I'm 22nd August. I've to finish writing out evenning invites & nothing else until nearer the time , i've been getting on with things this weekend

ive just got favours to sort dress fitting but no dress in the shop yet, get party fillings for the kiddies, having my hen do the 12 july as h2b's stag do the 19th july....

10 weeks and 4 days to go for me. Had hen do a couple of weeks ago but having a local one end july.

Need to do dress/bm dress alterations, finalise table plan (chasing rsvps!), buy a few more prezzies.

I have a slight problem- got to go away on 7th july mon-fri for 5 week training course which will leave me with a fortnight before wedding at home! Still, it will make time go quicker! Just hope there's a gym at hotel or else I'm gonna rip out my dress!

A fair bit to do, but I no longer care about any of it. Its finally hit me that I will be marrying Mr Pants and no amount of fussing over DJ playlists will take away from that.

August 2nd here. 7 weeks and 4 days to go. ?

I feel like I have loads of things left to do, although I'm probably worrying over nothing. My sister and niece are having their first bridesmaid dress fittings on June 21st. On July 5th they'll be having their second fittings whilst my cousin has her first one. Also on July 5th I have my second dress fitting when I'll be picking up my veil, and my hair trial and make-up trial. On July 6th we're meeting the photographer to go over what we did and didn't like from the pre-wedding shoot. Then on July 19th we have the final meeting with the venue and on July 26th I have my final dress fitting.

Haven't got the table plan or anything like that sorted yet as our RSVP date isn't until June 28th, so we don't have final numbers. Hoping I won't have to do too much chasing. The venue want definite numbers at our final meeting on July 19th. Still need to e-mail the DJ about our music requests. Also need to get in touch with the cake maker as, following the florist meeting week before last, we've changed our flowers from calla lilies to roses (callas just too expensive out of season) so need her to put sugar roses on top of the cake instead of sugar callas! Does mean though that I can get her to do a couple of pale blue roses in with the ivory so that it matches the colour scheme.

Hen do is 11th-13th July. My sister is telling me very little about it. I know we're going to a comedy club on the Friday night and then to Brighton, as that's what I requested, but she's organising pretty much everything else. I did say I wanted to go to Harry Ramsdens on the seafront on the Saturday, but have just had an e-mail from sis saying she hasn't booked that as only one person has come back to her saying they want fish and chips. Whose hen do is this again? I am secretly quite pleased to have found out last week that Brighton clubs won't let you in wearing cheesy veils and L plates or matching 'hen do' t-shirts, so she won't be able to embarrass me too much!

Im August 23rd too, just final meetings and payments now, dress fitting is end of july, bridesmaids dress fitiing 12th July, hair trials end of July. Hen wkend in Puerto Banus first wkend of August, and local hen 18th July.

TBH I am stressing over the smallest things lately !

64 days to go. I have not had time to think about it really as only booked ours and decided to get married 2 and half weeks ago( engaged christmas day 2007 ) !!!!!!!!!!!. Its mad but i much prefer it this way cos its all go. I have got shingles though which the doctor says is down to stress, but i acutally feel ok in myself and i have calmed down a lot over the last week or so.

We have everything in place now, got venue sorted, registrar ( last one on the day ) its just all fallen into place, my dress was the first one i tried on and just needs taking up a bit as i am only 5ft. Bridesmaid dresses are being made by a local lady and just sorted all my tables deco out. DJ comes with the venue ( they are all cheesy aren't they ) but apparently he gets rave reviews!

Invites going out this week, most people have been told by word of mouth now anyway so i know if anyone can't make it. My hen do is on the 25th July, going to a hotel over night for a "girls night in", champayne, spa, girly DVDs, popcorn, nibbles and my favorite girls what more could i ask for.

My H2B is taking it all in his stride, anything i ask him to sort out he does no questions asked, going to see him in his suit this weekend and i can't wait.

After 10 years together i can't honestly say i cannot wait for our day to come, i just hope the sun shines for all of us on our special days and everything goes like clockwork, but remember most of all ENJOY! ?

I wouldnt be so sure about that, he he. My friends hen wkend was in brighton last year and she was veiled and tu-tu'd to the max! we all just had sashes on one night, and she wanted a wings and wands night the other night. Veils are v much allowed though! ?

I know from my cousins hen weekend end that they do! She was wearing a veil covered in willies and the rest of us (under GREAT protest from me!!!) Were wearing pink glittery cowboy hats ?

Oh my goodness! I just read the thread title and it dawned on me how I was feeling this time last year (got married 4th August 07)! How exciting for all fo you.... I can't wait to have 1 year anniversary!

That's just fancy dress though, not matching hen night t-shirts.

I can highly recommend mrs kitty too-let me know if you need her details, but she`s usually around !!

Hen Night 2nd August - over in East Kilbride and all my friends will tell me is "pots, pans and L plates" Great fun! ?? ?
