I have bought a whole chicken, which I am going to cook, slice and then freeze in batches for sandwiches etc. How long will the chicken last in the freezer?
Also, I want to make a chicken soup with some of the chicken. I want to make a big batch of it to freeze. Now, if I cook the chicken, then I make the soup (which the recipe says to add the chicken and heat through). Bearing in mind I've already cooked and then reheated the chicken, will it be safe to reheat the soup on another day?
And finally, can you freeze coconut milk? If so, how long for?
