A month with NO wedding magazines!

I did the same!!

It was so hard not to buy Wedding Ideas mag but can't resist a freebie either so kept my token for that.

If it's the same as at the Earl's Court show - you can buy Cosmopolitan Bride and You & Your Wedding for £4 together and get a free OPI nail polish (choice of 4 colours!!).

Bride Magazine was there as well but only 90p off the cover price I think, as they were trying to get people to take subscriptions!

I know I shouldn't buy them too but I love all the pretty pictures!

I've stopped buying them for a while now. Nothing to do with saving money mind you, but the problem I have is with wanting absolutely EVERYTHING!!! Every thing I see I want, and OH is getting too good at saying 'no' to all the suggestions I have. Even if butterflies, Chinese lanterns, stars, snow, daffodil centrepieces don't match, a girl can dream can't she?

I haven't bought any magazines since I bought my dress! I was spending a fortune on them even though they all have the same in.....but I do hope to acquire some cheap ones at the NEC

I bought two yesterday, read them late at night, then failed to get to sleep 'cause my head was all full of weddings. Bad Laura.

How good am I, I've not bought a single one since I got engaged! I always have a sneaky peak through them in the shop to check if there's anything interesting, but for £4-£5 a mag, I always put them back and think what else I could put the money towards. I can do more research online!
