I was only 16 when I got with my H. We both still lived with parents. Could never do anything as his room was above the lounge and he had a squeaky bed. You get the drift. One Sunday morning, everyone was out. Great stuff. Got down to business when his sister knocked the door. My H jumped up to see his nans car, step fathers, mothers and brothers car all parked outside. They came home. About 8 people all sitting directly under his room.

We got dressed super quick and started to pull the bedroom furniture around his room. His nan the knocked the door. We said we have been moving his room around hence the noise. She introduced herself and looked most disgusted. I could have died on the spot. They're not stupid. Everyone decided to stay all day so I had to then face walking down the stairs and through the lounge with everyone sniggering at us. ?

I was back living at home in my final year of uni and had borrowed mum's car telling her I'd be home later that evening. I, erm, kind of fell asleep at MrV's and ended up spending the night.

Mum was worried I'd not come home and persuaded her workmate to drive to MrV's street (I'd given her a vague idea of where he lived). They drove up and down looking for the car but it was parked outside what could have been 2 houses. I'd told her he was renting so she went to the house with the scruffy lawn and air of general unkemptness and knocked on the door.

MrV went to answer it dressed in just his jeans and I heard a voice say " Oh you must be MrV. Is V here?' I was sat on the bed and nearly died of embarassment ? I still cringe about it now, almost 7 years later ?

My dad still doesn't know about it and we've been married 3 1/2 years and are expecting a baybeh in Jan. Catholic guilt is a killer ?

Yes, it was the first night he came round to my house. It was an odd sort of "courtship" as we'd known each other since I was 15 but had lost touch for 10 years or so, so actually I'd been awfully patient. We'd met up through a convuluted set of circumstances.

Very well indeed. it was 6 months before our first date (slaaaag) we were ripped to tits on Tuaca and it was absolutely blinking brilliant. Sadly I had a hot date the next day, so couldn't really do it again, but it didn't take long to realise that I wanted to be doing him, not the new boyfriend.

First night memorable also due to us both wearing other people's pants as we weren't expecting to sleep with eachother! We're one of those nauseating couples who met the first day of Fresher's Week at uni and are still together 11 years later. We'd been going out about 2 weeks when he decided to go for a pub lunch with some of his mates between lectures.

14 pints later he turned up on the doorstep of my flat, barely able to stand and totally incapable of climbing up the next two flights of stairs to his own flat. I took pity, let him in, forced him to drink some water then put him to bed (in my tiny single bed).

I spent the most of the night sat on a hard plastic chair, wrapped in a blanket making sure he didn't swallow his tongue. He was sick in my dustbin several times ?

By about 4 am he had slept some of it off and was sober enough to invite me into bed with him. I made him brush his teeth first.

Frankly the sex was a bit rubbish, but it was very memorable and very, very funny. It certainly cemented our relationship - those cold hours spent looking after him made me realise that it wasn't going to just be a bit of a fling. He spent a lot of time making it up to me though!
