Now that's it's officially less than a year until our wedding, we thought we'd better get on with starting to book things!
So this weekend we went to a wedding fair and got some great deals and saved quite a bit on what we'd budgeted for so I would like to share as I'm feeling very pleased about things!
We got our DJ booked and he's only charging us £160 for the reception, we were really impressed (we'd budged about £350).
The suit hire firm had an offer where if we put down the deposit we got OH's suit free and 10% off the others so we're paying £380 for 5 adult suits and a page boy (we'd budgeted £500).
Then we think we've found a tog, he's provisionally booked the date for us and is bringing all his stuff round when he gets back from his hols!
And we've booked the car which I fell in love with - it's gorgeous.
So we are feeling mega happy now that we've got the bigger things (DJ, tog and car - things that might get booked up with it now being less than a year) pretty much sorted.
Hope that doesn't sound smug, I'm just excited and it's nice to share as I'm driving my family mad ?.
