We had a soundproofed room at work in the old building for that very purpose, apparently, just one of the many services provided by our Welfare team. I wonder if the new building has the same. I must ask. My need to scream is increasing with age, I find.

I often scream in the car when I'm driving on my own - I find it very cathartic. I'm not sure what other drivers think though!

I hope things improve or you manage to find an outlet somehow.

Perhaps you should recycle husband. ? This would be the reason for the urge to scream then?

I screamed really loudly in the car a couple of months back. Then my neighbour stood up from where he'd been weeding a few feet away...

The hanging stockroom at work is a great screaming room for me - the muffling effect of the stock means that you can't hear someone if they are stood 2 metres away from you.

When I'm at work I go in there on a regular basis to scream. Usually about the state of the blimming room after I have spent hours tidying it...

Screaming into a pillow sometimes helps me at home though.

    One of the reasons, hoobs.

i don't drive, therefore cannot scream in car.

    Legless, are you working tomorrow?

If not, you could scream at me in 'Nam or come and eat Anzac biscuits at mine!

Oooooh apparently the best place to scream really loudly is with your head in the washing machine - learned that on an anger management course! They are meant to be really soundproofed - let me know if you try it!!!

I'll join you in a good scream. Hope nothing's too bad, Legless ?

I think the ideal place for me to scream at the moment would be into No1 son's ear, it might shake him up a bit [grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr]

Yes i'm working tomorrow, unfortunately. its going to be a bad day.

    friday...

a: do you know any poles?

me: yes, we've got a factory full.

2 hours later. a has gone into factory, offereed all poles a job at her husband's factory in the guise of asking if they have any friends that need a job.

3 hours later factory grinds to a halt and several people suspended for telling supervisors to *** off as theya re going to work at a's husband's factory.

4 hours later a gets bolloocking over phone.

tomorrow a gets proper bollocking, no doubt the idiot bitvh will blame me.

i have demon pmt. i may kill. aaaaaaarrrrrrrrgggggghhhhhhh

And if you could post an image of you with head in washing machine as your HPAD, that would be most kind. ?

Cheese is the answer. You know it. Preferably with wine but on its own will do.

Oh dear, legless, that doesn't sound good! Are you SURE you don't want to be our Cheltenham branch?

I have a 'happy place' to go to on the business park, which the staff think is bizarre of me, but actually, it saves their lives

i can't believe she didn't get sacked on friday frankly, but now she's had the whole weekend to work out how to pass the blame. i can pay my bills temping if need be but i did nothing wrong and she's a fcukwit. i have massive PMT i think if i am called up in any way i may kill, let alone walk out ?

    aaaaaarrrrrrrhgggggghhhhh.

I can't see how they can blame you in any way. She didn't tell you what she intended, she just asked if you knew any Polish people, and you told her you did. If they do try to lay any of this at your feet, then maybe you'd be better temping?

?s on the PMT, I've just had my first bout in 2 years and I can't say I missed it.

Legless - interesting, you might want to tell her that if she is hiring people on the grounds of being Polish without having a written copy of a genuine occupational qualification stating that they need to be polish for a particular reason, her husband is highly likely breaking the law and I bet some sort of employment equality police would just love to know...

An please, can someone go and scream into a washing machine so I don't have to try it?!

    ?

Lmao .... you can just imagine the picture ... endless women on their knees with there heads in the maching , screaming..... that has made me chuckle and I have had the urge to scream for the past couple of weeks,

I am finding I am losing my temper extremely quick with everyone and everything at the moment...... I try to chill and it works for a few minutes until h2b says something which just lately is sending me into a rage.

Whats the matter with me ????

    V ?

Yes a wine fridge, a 36 bottle cooler.

well i screamed and my throat became sore. i won't do that again ? colleague did not get sacked (what big boss wanted), suspended (what factory manager wanted) but merely a written warning (what slightly inept manager managed to do). she sniffled and sobbed for ages though... i'd have been over the moon at being let off the hook but hey ho.

i am now not drinking for a month.

What?! ? Is that the voice of a hangover speaking? You shouldn't listen to it. It speaks with forked tongue.

Or did you just empty the 36 bottle cooler and can't afford to re-stock for a month? ?
