I am just putting together the additional information sheet to go with the invites. So far I have included:
Taxi numbers
Local Hotel details
Parking restrictions for the day venue
Average cost of taxi to the day venue
Explained we will be providing taxis to take guests from the day to the evening venue
Have I forgotten anything important do you think? The addresses are all on the invites. The menu choices are on a separate card and so is the RSVP with the reply date.
