Adios (or equivalent) vs Multivitamins

Allgold78, 14 April, 2010 at 19:29 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 3

Now I'm one of those apple shaped people and I do carry alot of weight around my middle. Reading up on this it seems it's all down to a stress hormone called cortisol and my body going into fight or flight mode and storing up energy which then turns to fat. The advice is that exercise and diet alone will help but to really combat it I need to get these tablets (one called Nutri plan and one called Amino plus) which supposedly carry the correct vitamins and minerals that will combat this. Now I couldn't find these at my local Boots but on looking at Adios and other tablets like these it seems that the majority of them have the same ingredients as multivitamins.

Confused.com! What's the difference? Surely taking the multivitamins won't have the same effect as Adios???

Just read this back and it looks like I'm advertising. I promise I'm not. I usually sit over on WP but thought I'd pop over here for a bit ?

Not sure about the answer to your question (sorry) but just thought I'd mention that I tried Adios a few years ago and it did zilch for me. The only thing that really kickstarts weight loss for me (alongside sensible/healthy eating obv!) is exercise. Walking in particular seems to be realy good at shifting weight around my middle. Could be worth a go?

i know some people who have tried adios, and it has done nothing for them. its a seaweed is that right? i have been high and low looking for the right thing to help me loose weight, weightwatchers, healthy diet, exercise etc.. but about 2 months about i went to my doc, told him im getting fed up being a porkie pie and told him to help sort me out!!

so they have, i was 109 kilos and now im 99 kilos (lost 10 kilos in 2 months) and its basically counting your cals and fat content in your diet, thats it!!! so if i want a magnum ice lolly i can, but you just have to note down what the fat and cals your using throughout the day, and im also on Xenicol now, basically its like Alli but double strenght, and aslong as you only eat 19g fat per meal (sounds like loads, but its really not) and say 500 cals, you dont get any of the "nasty" side effects!!! i go back to my doc the beginning of july for my next weigh in...

so maybe see how you go and maybe go to your doc and see what they say?? going to the doc was the last straw for me, and so far, im happy. only about 20 kilos to go to be a healthy weight lmao!!

Oh sorry i missed a bit, taking multi vits wont have the same effect as the adiós as they contain different stuff. plus with adios you still have to count calories and fat content, and its the herb that "speeds up2 your heart rate there for to help promote fat burning, be cheaper to drink red bull lol. goood luck!!!!
