I have the same problem, a 10 year old bridesmaid with a size 5 shoe, managed o get t bar three rose shoe from bhs, with court sized heel for £ 22.00. Hope this helps good hunting.

You could add elastic or a white ribbon if they fall off without a strap.

Tesco! Seriously there are a few nice flats/very low heel girls shoes that mostly go up size 5.

I've also seen good ones in BHS. These are nice and in the sale!

But I have noticed that the ballet shoe style tend to have straps in the smaller sizes but by a size 5 they don't ☹️
