Hello, after loosing 3 stone in weight, over the last year Ive managed to put it all back on and I want (need) to loose it again and more if possible. Now I have quite a bad lower back and get bad muscle spasms so my usual golf and walking have had to go out of the window exercise wise as once the muscle starts to spasm Im in total agony. So I need some gentle exercise to start me off that will also help my core strength and fitness. The best place for me would be to do something at home and this is where you all come in. Id love some recommendation for fitness DVDs that arent too strenuous but will help me along the way.
