Apologies for the self indulgent thread, but we haven't yet told all sets of parents so I can't put anything on facey or anything. AHHH!!

    He booked us into a hotel, which we had been talking about staying at on the night of our wedding, hypothetically at that point. I suspected that maybe he was going to propose at dinner, but then half way through getting ready to go out he asked me to get his car keys out of the room safe, and the ring box was in there! So I pretty much threw the box at him and then he proposed, and I shouted lots.

    Apologies in advance for being irritating as fudge, my plan is to migrate over to the WP boards to get all of that out on there.

    Have now told 3 out of 4 sets of parents, the finale is a 14 hour road trip from the South to Cleethorpes & Barnsley family on Sunday.
