Alba Rose - amazing service so far

I have just bought my wedding ring from alba rose and they were amazing! I didn't realise how mucky my engagement ring was until they cleaned it!

Did you just chose from online and they work it around your ring? Or was it a case of making a design yourself?

Mine was designed for me (but is actually now available to choose from the database). I sent my engagement ring off with a form they sent me asking for info and pictures of what I wanted. They then sent me some pictures of the design which showed how it would fit with my ER. I wasn't 100% happy with the first ring so asked for some alterations and they sent a 2nd design. It wasn't what I had pictured in my head but Ryan called me and explained that the vision I had in my head wasn't possible because of the setting on my ER ring and suggested sending me a wax model of the 2nd design. When the model came it was perfect and much I could see it fit better than I thought it would from the photos. It then took just over a week for my ring to be made and posted. Amazing service!

I am hoping that I too will be able to add a glowing review here next week! AlbaRose are currently making my bespoke wedding band after I did the nervous sending my engagement ring and receiving it back super quickly. Ryan and I have spent ALOT of time finalising what was in my head (essentially a pinch Tiffany ring which fits flush next to my solitaire diamond) and we went back and forth, he sent me wax models which really helped.

According to the online tracker of my order, which I love(!) as I have watched the daily progress it is now "very close to completion" and the stones are being set so it should be with me next week I think.

Ooh, you will both have to give us a flash when they arrive. I provided to examples of what I liked and they sent me a mock up of both. I have seen them both of the website now too.

Did you ask for a wax model or did they just send it? I can't fully see how they would fit together from the photos so seeing a wax version would be great. Did you have to pay? X

I don't know if they send out wax models everytime, Ryan asked if I wanted one as I was having trouble picturing how it would fit. I didn't have to pay for it, and it came the next day. Here's a quick flash, not the best picture but the ring is hidden away at home now.

One of the best things about a bespoke ring is you can spend as little or as much as you like. You can choose the metal, and the colour and clarity of any stones. I think mine was very reasonable compared to ones I'd seen in jewellery stores, and you also save money by buying straight from the manufacturer so there is no middle man to pay.
