Almost at target weight!

thanks. I've hit my target now I've lost over a stone and am now 9st 9 so I'm very happy :-)

I'm doing a program called beach body project. It's a clean healthy eating plan that I do alongside shakes. It's best thing I've tried and added bonus is I feel so much better on it. I can fit into clothes I've not worn for over a year

Well done thats great news. What shakes are you using? I wanted to try the Shakeology by Beach Body but at £80 a month when saving for wedding and house i can't quite justify it!

Thanks hun. Wow that's expensive the BBP itself a training program by a guy called Damien who's a personal trainer known as the weight kiss guy because of the results he gets. His program is used with juice plus shakes and capsules. There are over 500 people doing it at the moment and it's working for all of them. He certainly knows his stuff which is great for me haha. The shakes I'm on cost £26pm for 4 months or £99 one off payment so works out £6pm more than slimming world which is what I was doing before
