Alterations

Ooh bargain!

Where was that? I'm looking for somewhere to do alterations at a not-ridiculous price... I'm in the midlands though!

Where about in the midlands? I'm Derby based. This lady was in Belper. She was brilliant at what she did and did not try to rip us off at all. I had a bustle put in, straps shortened and extra hoop put in my underskirt (to save having to cut any length off the dress as this was the cheapest option). I felt like it needed taking in at the top cos I don't have a big bust, and I wasn't planning on wearing a bra due to the style of my dress. Buts he told me if I got a stick on bra it would work better and would be the cheaper option. And low and behold it was!!

No way, that's amazing! Surely all that wasn't £35..?!

I'm Tamworth-based at the moment actually so a bit of a trek but I just checked and it's less than an hour away so if I'd save a lot of money it could be worth it! Could you possibly let me know her name and I'll give her a call? Thanks so much!
