Alternative bridesmaid jewellery

I'd like to buy my bridesmaids a necklace that they could use again, and would be very summery and pretty.

I have in my head something cream (they're wearing a cream organza flower in their hair), perhaps chunky, with flower(s) but it mustn't be too fussy, absolutely no sparkle at all, and perhaps a bit boho. They're wearing navy dresses.

I've have looked online for about 2 hours and if I'm not careful this will become my next 20 hour mission, so if you know of anywhere or have any ideas please do let me know. I'll be ever so grateful!

Could you not do a single pearl drop necklace of some kind? I know it isnt a flower, but was the first thought I had when you said you wanted it to be cream, as most jewellery is silver/gold

I'm trying to avoid the pearls, they wouldn't really wear them again and it's just not them. I don't mind if it's on a chain but I'm almost looking for chunky beads I guess.
