Alternative table plan?

I love this idea - you can move the labels around quite easily from pot to pot

A framed blackboard? We might actually be using this idea. ?

I am doing a framed blackboard using liquid chalk. Total cost for an A1 size board + the pen is £26. Plus, we can reuse the chalkboard in our home as a "to do" and "reminders" board! Win!!!

Aw i think the pot idea is so cute!! Was thinking maybe blackboard too but wasnt sure if it was too pubby?? Ive just seen on the other post doing it on a mirror so maybe thats another one for me to think about.

In America (been watching way too many wedding programmes on Wedding TV lol) they do escort cards where they have everyones names on little cards all laid out on a table and when you turn them over it says what table number/name they are on.
