The quest to become a skinny minny starts today,
Got up and went to the gym this morning, turned up at half 7 to find out the gym doesn't open till 8, managed to get in a 45min workout.
Currently a big 12, I used to be at my smallest a small 10 with a couple size 8 thrown in.
I'm trying to get in 4 hours exercise a week. and loose 1-2 pounds a week, worked out in 22weeks which is when i'm going away would be 3 and half stone roughly.
Hoping to loose a stone before i go dress shopping.
Been to the supermarket after the gym, stocked up on rybitta's and snack a jacks, plus all the veg and fruit. (Bloody expensive shop!)
My plan is to constantly bug you lovely ladies if any one else would like to join in on this, that would be fab! And we can help each other along, brag when we are doing good, and moan when we have been lazy ladies.
