Hi all,

I have a very posh wedding to go to in July, and having lost a bit of weight I'm feeling a bit braver about colours / styles.

I have bought this dress from LK Bennett:

What colour shoes / accessories would you go for? The lady in the shop suggested purple shoes and bag? If it helps, I'm, 5'9" size 14 with dark red hair

Hmmm yes purple and red are nice together but i think it wouldnt look right with this as you say the wedding is posh i would maybe stick to black or silver..just my opinion im sure others will have a better idea...

Sorry for taking ages to come back to this thread.

The dress is actually quite a bright orange - the picture doesn't do it justice.

As for hats - I'm not a very hatty person, so was hoping a fascinator would do. I was thinking of maybe white / cream, and to get a white/cream shrug type thing to cover arms when in the church (and the reception is on a sea front, so may well be breezy)
