Any large chested runners out there....

Just wondering if its possible and comfortable.... I'd be totally rubbish to start but am slightly put off by the thought of gigantic chest movements....

It's fine, get yourself a good sports bra and it's all good.

Very possible. Get yourself a good sports bra. I'm a 30H and use these: /collections/all-lingerie/

    Definitely possible.

I bought a maximum support Shock Absorber bra from Debenhams. It is a struggle to put on (and even worse to take off) but nothing moves!

? me. Make sure you get a really good bra - I've used Shock Absorber (level 4) but am currently using a Freya Active bra (as couldn't get a SA in a H cup!), which I actually rate as a better sports bra.

WSS except I'm a 30E. A Shock Absorber level 4 is the best you could buy imo, I wouldn't buy anything else. Nothing moves even a millimetre with one of these, make sure you get a level 4 though, I once bought a 3 by mistake and it wasn't a pretty sight ?

Another vote for Shock Absorber bras. Test it out by jogging up and down in the changing room!

Another vote here and I'm 30FF! Get Level 4, as everyone says. They do last - mine has been machine-washed for a couple of years now and whilst it looks like a sad grey bandage, it still does the job. (Yes, I know I need a new one!!!)

I have a Shock Absorber bra as well. I also have a crop top which is a size too small for me as well which is a nightmare to put on and take off...but it means I can run around without getting knocked out! Just the bra isn't quite strong enough.

Anybody any bigger chested than mentioned so far?

I wear a 36JJ or 34K and can't find anything in my size. I've been eating healthily and walking everywhere (at least 40-60 minutes daily, at a decent pace, pushing a pram), but I've only lost 1/2 stone since October ?

I really need to get a sports bra so I can do some proper aerobic exercise to shift some weight. My weight is really starting to get me down now ☹️

I have this one and it's fab, a bit of a pain to get into with the double catches at the back but I couldn't run without it, 34G

The lady in the running shop also recommended it when I was buying my trainers apparently it's won a runners world award

Macca - the Royce one above goes up to a J cup - might be worth a try.

Thanks Zebedee, I'll order one and give it a try. Its described as a "true" J cup, so hopefully will just about squeeze into it!

I have a brand new Freya Active in nude, size 36H, that didn't fit and I never got round to sending it back. It still has the tags on if anyone wants to buy it? Its this one: /collections/all-lingerie/. Say £15 plus p&p?

Sound silly but when you try on your sports bra, jog/bounce up and down int he changing room to make sure its supportive enough.

you feel silly but its amazing the difference in them!
