Ummmm that's quite a long list. Can you break it up into manageable day by day lists so that you feel you are crossing things off? Can you delegate anything to H2B or BMs?

Not sure how long you have left but if jewellery would be suitable for BM gifts then I could certainly help.

    Good luck!

Oh dear that's a list and a half! Don't know what else to suggest other than what Lisa said about delegating as much as possible. Have you got people close enough to give you a hand?

A lot of these are quite small so although the list looks big, it's manageable. Why don't you set aside an hour to make phone calls, that will probably get rid of a good chunk off the list.

And finally . . . stop panicking, the most important thing is that you are getting married so take time to enjoy it x

For my BMs I just picked them up a mini hairbrush and mini bottle of showergel from bodyshop in the same colour as their dresses, so that's easy - I just tied them together with some ribbon as well, saved wrapping. Just tie that shop in with the your trip to pick up the trousers, and ideally the fake tan - might be easier to book that, just so you know when you're going in.

    GOOD LUCK!

For the contacting suppliers, why not send a generic email, and just change the details - this is what i sent:

I'd just like to confirm arrangements for Sunday.xx should attend the VENUE at TIME and will leave at TIME

I have xxs contact number as xx- please advise me if this has altered at all.

    Full payment has been made.

Please could you confirm that the above arrangements are all still fine. If you need to contact anyone on the day please call BEST MAN on xx. If you can't get through, the venue Coordinator is called xx and contactable on

    xx

    Thanks,

This then hopefully takes the pressure off re suppliers.

Rite go grab the phone and ring the vog, ppl needing time confirmed...or send a mass txt to them! Phone hairdresser and see if and when she can take you.

Then go to florist with lights and or hairdresser (depending on appt time!). When in town get your gifts...(I got mine willowtree figurines if thats a help) and the other bits of shopping you need. (Make a list and take a pen adn tick them off as you get them!) when you cone home then get to the oos and table plans, cos the ppl bound to have replied then!

Can the BMs get their own shoes by any chance? be an item off your list!??

Also phone the BMs to come round and do favours, guest book atuff and they cud do your fake tan!

Hope thats a help! That could get a few things done on 1 day!

Another option for gifts is lastminute.com vouchers - you can get them in 24hrs

Oh my gosh! You do have quite a large list to complete in only three days.

You need to share the load.

For a start get H2B to confirm everything via phone/email or text.

Then go shopping with your mum or give her a list of things to pick up for you while you get hair etc... done.

Cross off one of the " pack bag for Mums" it will make your list look smaller. ?

It will all be fine so long as you relax and aim to cross off one thing at a time.

Really hope you get everything done. xxx

    Pheweeeeeeeeeeeeee......

get your bloke doing some of that for a start! I had a spreadsheet made up which had everything done 2 days before the wedding, it had to be done like that or I would have been flapping but I'm a planning freak lol.

I wrote a list for hubby with his weekly duties and nagged him constantly about completing the tasks on it. He got there though and was able to enjoy his friday before the wedding.......

hope you get through it all Smiley smile xx
