Any other HIBs with blogs that get spammed like crazy?

Hello. I have been getting into blogging recently, but seem to attract lots of generic spam comments from people advertising the most random (and sometimes inappropriate) stuff. I monitor all comments and must approve them before they appear on the blog - but I was just looking to see whether anyone else was experiencing the same out there?

Yeah, loads, but I publish them anyway, just remove the spammy links and take away any words like 'viagra'.

I don't want webpages that are hard to load.

I do not blog about my wedding but I have a cookingblog. I get a lot of spam too, mostly cooking related stuff but also a lot of spam for pharmacypills and such. It is very irritating, but if you use wordpress, you can download a plugin too avoid them.

My plugin was standard, but if you do not have it, I believe it is possible too download one somewhere for free.

If it's a wordpress blog Antispam bee works perfectly and is free.
